How can I verify my identity?

Verify your identity from anywhere, anytime. The process is simplified and can be completed in under 5 minutes. To complete it, all you need to do is:

1. Enter the unique 9-digit code received by e-mail in the ‘iD app by iCard’.
2. Prepare your ID document. You’ll be prompted to take photos of it, as well as a selfie.
3. Once you’ve completed the process and your identification session is reviewed, you will receive an e-mail with additional information.

Make sure you are alone in a well-lit place during the identification process and that your ID document is valid and part of our list of accepted documents.
