How long does it take to review my identification?

Usually, the review of your identification takes 1-2 business days. In case you were asked to provide additional information and/or documents, we recommend following the instructions promptly to speed up the process.

In case your details are under review for more than 2 working days after you have completed the identification process, please check your inbox, including your spam and junk folders.
