I didn’t receive a code. What should I do?

In the most common case, you will receive your identification code via e-mail. If you don’t get the e-mail by iCard, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect e-mail address - ensure that the e-mail address provided for receiving the identification code is correct and spelt accurately. In case there’s a spelling mistake, please contact your agent to update it or provide you with the code through a different channel.
  • Mail network delays - sometimes, there can be delays in the e-mail delivery due to network issues or overload.
  • Spam or junk folder - e-mails can sometimes get mistakenly filtered into the spam or junk folder by your e-mail provider's filters. Please check these folders as well.
  • Mail server block - it's possible that your e-mail server has blocked the incoming e-mails from iCard. This could happen due to various reasons, including security measures or misconfiguration. Please contact your mail provider or use another e-mail.

If you've checked these factors and still haven't received the e-mail, please contact your agent or our team to receive your identification code.
